Becket's Story

"Handing over of the reigns" of Becket, a 2 year old
buff cocker spaniel, whose family was moving and couldn't take
him with them.
Jim and Deb McInturff adopted the late Chaucer, also 7 years
ago, who was from yet another litter of puppies thrown off a bridge
at Jake Taylor Hill. Chaucer died in March of 2006, after he had
allowed Dulcenea, a 2004 mixed breed, tailless female, to live
with him for almost two years.

Now Dulcenea and Becket are inseparable. You'll notice all the
names are derived from Shakespeare; both parents are teachers!
Dulce is drinking out of a bird bath behind the barn.
